Dr. Arpan Nalin Patel
Owner Dentist
Dr. Patel made the decision at a very young age that he wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps and work in dentistry. He can even recall back to the age of 7, walking around his father’s practice, constructing and playing around with all the dental models. This love for dentistry stuck with him all throughout his teenage years and into college. Prior to attending dental school, he earned his bachelor’s degree of science in biology from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. Not long after graduation, he decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and attend the same graduate school at the University of Pennsylvania. There, he gained extensive knowledge in multiple fields of dentistry, including cosmetic, restorative, and surgical. In 2000, he completed UPenn’s dental medicine program and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
After graduation, he joined his father’s successful practice and was mentored by him there. This mentoring in highly specialized care immediately put Dr. Patel five to seven years ahead of his peers. In his first month working with his father, he learned how to perform full-mouth rehabilitations, which newly trained dentists are usually not too keen on. His extensive knowledge in the field does not end there.
Dr. Mohil Parakhiya

Dr. Mohil is experienced as both a restorative and cosmetic dentist, focusing on the combination of periodontal, implant, and aesthetic dentistry.
Dr. Mohil has cultivated his clinical skills and refined his eye for aesthetics and restorative dentistry from his training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine (Boston, Massachusetts), where he went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. His previous education includes his degree in engineering as a biomedical engineer. Dr. Mohil utilizes his engineering background to pioneer a change in dentistry using advanced technologies.
Dr. Mohil takes pride in his approach to facial aesthetic design and utilizing the latest techniques to deliver predictable smile transformations but also ensure optimal health and longevity for his patients’ smiles.
He is continuously updating his education through CE courses and is currently a member of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Academy of General Dentistry. During his downtime, Dr. Mohil enjoys traveling and exploring restaurants in different cities.
Dr. Nirav Patel
Associate Dentist
Dr. Nirav H. Patel is an esteemed dental practitioner who strives for patient-centered care with leading edge dental treatment at Alpha Dental Excellence. To many of his patients and colleagues, he commonly goes by the name Dr. Rav. He finds great fascination in the process of crafting beautiful smiles while promoting optimal oral health. Staying ahead with cutting edge technology such as Pearl Artificial Intelligence, delivering personal-patient focused treatment and maintaining a comfortable chair side experience are his top priorities.
Dr. Rav takes immense pleasure in being a vital component of his patients' pleasant dental encounters and feels a strong sense of pride in his profession. With his inherent talent for calming and comforting individuals during different dental procedures, patients consistently place their trust in the quality of care they receive.
Dr. Rav grew up locally in the Bucks County area while attending Pennsbury High School. He continued his undergraduate education at Pennsylvania State University where he graduated with a pre-medicine degree having a sharp eye to tackle the world of healthcare. Dr. Rav achieved his dream of obtaining his D.M.D. by graduating from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
While not practicing dentistry, Dr. Rav spends most of his time around family, friends and his pup, Stormy. Hobbies include traveling, cycling, photography, and being a film enthusiast. Dr. Nirav looks forward to meeting you and helping you achieve all your dental goals.
Dr. Edward Thievon
Associate Dentist
Dr Edward Theivon has provided exceptional care for patients of Fairless Hills since 1996.
Dr Thievon has over 30 years of dental experience as he graduated from Albright College with a degree in biology followed by a doctorate from Temple University Dental School. Dr Theivon attended a general practice residency and has participated in organizations such as the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and American Association of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr Theivon is exceptional in oral surgery, cosmetic and restorative Dentistry, including root canals, fillings and dentures. He is also very proficient with Dental Implants restorations. Patients love him not only because of his expertise in dentistry, but an amazing bedside manner that makes all his patients feels very comfortable.
Dr Theivon is most proud of the trust that multiple family Generations has placed in him. When not in the office he enjoys spending time with his own family, he resides with his beautiful wife Melissa in Holland, PA with his family. Dr. Theivon’s son is a third year biochemistry student and his daughter is a theatrical senior in high school.
Dr. Shakeel Ahmed
Periodontic Specialist
In 2001, Dr. Ahmed earned his degree in Periodontics from the University of Pennsylvania. He decided to choose a career path in dentistry because of the satisfaction he gets from seeing people smile who once were afraid to do so. Through completing complex procedures, like surgical dental implants and bone grafting cases, Dr. Ahmed gets to provide his patients with a feeling of self-confidence.
In his spare time, Dr. Ahmed enjoys watching motorsports, riding motorcycles, and keeping up with all the latest in Formula One racing. He also enjoys going camping with his beautiful wife and two young children.
